Thule® - Frame Adapter

Girl's bikes, kid's bikes, BMX bikes and any other bike with a non-standard frame used to be a challenge to mount in a hanging style hitch mount or trunk mount bike rack. In fact, the only alternative for such bikes was a platform or roof carrier, where the bike could be supported by the wheels. But now, with Thule's Frame Adapter, virtually any bike without a top tube can be safely and securely transported with a hanging style bike carrier. The Frame Adapter attaches to the bike at the bike stem and seat post, and becomes a stand-in for the top tube, resting in the bike rack cradles.

The telescoping feature enables the Frame Adapter to fit a wide range of bike frames, while the push button clamps allow fast and secure attachment to the bike. Durable rubber collars and molded rubber pads make sure the Thule Frame Adapter won't damage your bike's finish. The Frame adapter comes with everything required for installation, including detailed instructions. The limited lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product, and warrants the product against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship.
