If ease of loading is an important consideration when choosing a hitch bike rack, then the Helium Aero is the rack for you. The Helium Aero is constructed from sturdy but ultra-light aluminum, so it's easy to handle, remove and install. In fact, the Helium Aero is nearly half the weight of a traditional bike carrier. But the simplicity doesn't end there because the Helium Aero can also be loaded to the receiver without any tools: just slide the hitch into the receiver, secure it with the receiver pin and then tighten the receiver lock knob.

Two versions of the Helium Aero are available, one that can carry up to 2 bikes and another that can transport up to 3 bikes. Flipping the Hitch Switch folds the Helium's arms down when not in use to make parking and garaging easier, and the Helium Aero can also be tilted down for access to the trunk, hatch or tailgate. A hitch adapter is included so the Helium Aero can be attached to 1-1/4" and 2" receivers. The Thule Helium Aero Hitch Bike Rack comes with everything necessary for installation, including detailed instructions. The limited lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product, and warrants the product against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship.
