Product Details

SES Suspension Enhancement System Spacer Kit (SPCRTORTNDR) by Timbren®. The Timbren SES kits are designed to work on vehicles with factory ride height, allowing for a 1 inch space between the Aeon® rubber spring and your vehicle’s suspension when unloaded. But if you have a leveling kit, body lift, or full suspension lift, the increased distance can limit the performance of Timbren's SES kits. However, you can still enjoy a level, controlled towing experience with your lifted truck. How? The Timbren SES spacer kits reduce the gap between the Aeon® rubber spring of Timbren's SES kit and the increased distance between your lifted pickup’s frame and rear axle — enabling your Timbren SES kit to perform properly. Each spacer kit comes with two 1 inch and two 1/2 inch spacers, along with necessary hardware — so you can mix and match the spacers to achieve desired height.

Warranty

Timbren SES – Suspension Enhancement Systems kits are warranted against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for the life of the vehicle on which the kit was originally installed. The warranty is non-transferable and proof of the date of purchase and purchaser is required. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the failed parts and does not include labor, freight, collateral damage or ancillary costs which may arise as a result of the failed part. For vehicles subjected to exceptionally high use and service, the warranty is limited to the lesser of 5 years (from date of purchase) or 250,000 miles. Timbren retains the right to make its own inspection of the failed part to determine the validity of the claim. Timbren shall not be liable nor warrant the product in the event of alteration, misuse, overload, negligence nor damage caused by others.

Axle-Less Trailer Suspensions Warranty: Five - year warranty on the Aeon rubber springs and three years on all other components.

Silent Ride Trailer Suspensions Warranty: Five - year Limited Warranty

Dakota Air Trailer Suspensions Warranty: Five - year Limited warranty on welds and steel components, one year on most other components, including airbag and shock absorber.

STi Trailer Suspensions Warranty: Five - year limited warranty on welds and steel components, one year on most other components.

Aeon Springs for OEM Customers: Aeon™ rubber springs are warranted against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for three years from date of purchase, when used in a Timbren approved design. This warranty is limited to the replacement of failed parts and does not include labor, freight, collateral damage or ancillary costs which may arise as a result of the failed part. Timbren retains the right to make its own inspection of the failed part to determine the validity of the claim. Worked Well

I needed to pull an 18 ft trailer loaded with my airplane from Virginia to Oregon. Also included was a fully loaded truck bed with shop equipment on the trailer. I was limited on funds so I decided to just install these new bumpers without load leveler shocks. They worked perfectly leveling the truck up and provided very good handling characteristics even in severe side winds. They were fairly easy to install with very basic tools just be sure to use a dry spray lube and not grease or oil when inserting them into the brackets on the rig. Now, that the truck is empty I do have a bit of an axle jolt when they hit the axles over bumps but they keep the rig from rolling around like a pig in the corners. When I do install some new shocks the ride will be awesome.

Timbren® DR1500DQ - Suspension Rubber Helper Spring Kit

This kit was delivered on schedule. It was easy to install and has been tested once so far, and is a great product for what it does. Which is to support the added weight or load put on the truck. My only problem was the cost of them. I realize the shipping was free, but two pieces of molded rubber bolted to end caps should not be that costly.

A marked difference!

I bought a Timbren SES Kit for one of my pickup trucks and I see the difference: reduce sway, reduce suspension sag, improve roll stability, and provide a smooth, level ride, even with heavy loads. I highly reccommend these parts.
