Product Details

Fuel Tank and Pump Assembly with Electronic Controller and Pump Transfer System by Titan Fuel Tanks®. Material: Polyethylene. Volume: 50 Gallon. Package Type: Boxed. This transfer tank is made to last. It has all the advantages of TITAN’s famous cross-linked polyethylene such as its invulnerability to corrosion, resistance to heat transfer and condensation, durability and maintenance of its good looks. It includes a pre-wired 12 volt transfer pump that does approximately 8 gallons per minute (basically equivalent to standard gas stations).

Installation

The motor is UL Listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards and comes complete with power cord, and manual nozzle. This fully baffled tank comes with a “Free Spinning” locking cap, mechanical fuel gauge, and all mounting hardware is included. One of our large locking toolboxes (Purchased separately below 99 9115 0000 or 99 9116 0000) can fit on the tank to enclose the transfer pump as well as hold tools. The transfer tank fits most all full-sized diesel pickups regardless of bed length.

TITAN’s™ cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE) in-bed tanks give you the advantages of advanced design and materials, as well as TITAN’s legendary quality and durability.

What is covered

Titan Fuel Tanks sets forth herein its express warranty covering the following tank product categories:

Polymer body tanks that are specific to a particular vehicle and connect with the vehicle's fuel system, including (1) underbody tanks installed in place of the vehicle's original equipment tanks, (2) Spare Tire Auxiliary Systems, and (3) In-bed auxiliary Tanks
Polymer body transfer tanks such as TITAN's 90 gallon,100 gallon, Trail Trekker, SideKick, UTV/Side by Side (“UTV”) fuel cells (“UTV Tanks”), and other liquid transfer tanks which are carried in a vehicle but not connected to the vehicle's fuel system ("Non-Integrated Fuel Tanks")
The polymer body TITAN Fuel Caddy designed for non-vehicular use (“Fuel Caddy Tanks”)

Lifetime Warranty. TITAN warrants that the tank products set forth in above, and the associated Kynar, nylon or metal fittings and metal strapping and mounting brackets, shall be free from structural failure due to corrosion and defects in workmanship and materials for as long as owned by the Original Purchaser.

Limited Warranty for Electronic Components. Electronic components (such as electronic controllers and associated printed circuit board, resistors, transistors electronic timers, level sensors and solenoid valves) on all tank products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Limited Life Products Warranty. Other components of the tank products, including without limitation all serviceable items, and other non-tank products (such as in-bed tool boxes, skid plates for UTVs, etc.) shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

A claim from any person or entity other than the original purchaser
A claim with respect to a vehicle specific tank installed in a vehicle other than the year, make, type and model of the vehicle for which the product was designed by TITAN, or which has been reinstalled in another vehicle
A product that, in TITAN’s judgment, has been subjected to damage arising from external causes not consistent with normal and customary use of the product, including without limitation:
Improper installation, removal, repair or alteration of the product
Natural disasters such as earthquake, fire, flood, or storm
Damage to the products caused by accident or collision involving the vehicle, or from repairs to the vehicle
Introduction of a fuel, fuel blend, liquid, or chemical into the Integrated Tanks, Non-Integrated Tanks, or Fuel Caddy Tanks other than as specified by TITAN

Nice Upgrade to My Ford F-250

Nice looking tank and works as described. Great addition to my Ford F-250. I can now fill up and avoid paying high truck stop fuel prices when pulling my 5th-wheel trailer. It only transfers approximately 5 gallon with every push of the button. Draw back is that it takes about 10 minutes to transfer the 5 gallons. But it beats having to mess with manually battery operating hand pumps. I would have giving 5 stars if the transfer was a little faster. No opinion on how hard to install as I had it professionally installed.

Titan Fuel Tanks® 5410050

This fuel tank looks great and works as designed. When connected to 5th wheel, tonneau cover was off. When disconnected from 5th wheel, tank is not noticeable under the cover. It was nice not to have to stop for diesel daily. Had tank installed professionally, so I do not know if it was an easy installation.

Looks good, although I haven't had time to install them as yet however the instructions look like I can do it myself.
