Product Details
Universal Roof Cargo Box (40-1001641) by Torxe™. Storage Capacity: 110lbs. Weight Capacity: 48 lbs. Dimensions: 51" L x 32" W x 15" H, 11.3 cu. ft. Finish: Black. Roof Rack Length: Up to 135 cm. Taking a trip and can’t fit all your gear inside your vehicle? The roomy Torxe Black Roof Cargo Box allows you to carry up to 11.3 cu. ft. of cargo on your roof. Made of rugged ABS plastic, this cargo box comes with sturdy aluminum cross bars and ABS plastic mounting brackets that install to your vehicle’s OEM roof side rails; there’s nothing else to buy. Its generous dimensions will swallow a lot of luggage, camping gear, recreational equipment, etc., so you don’t have to leave anything behind. The cargo box opens to the passenger side and can be locked with the included keys.
Trying to take all your gear along on even a short trip can be a challenge. Instead of trying to squeeze everything inside among your passengers, or having to leave some stuff behind, we recommend carrying it in the Torxe Black Roof Cargo Box. Its spacious 51” L x 32” W x 15” H dimensions create an additional 11.3 cu. ft. of cargo carrying capacity for your vehicle, so you can take everything you want to take with you and allow your gang to enjoy the trip in comfort.
Unlike most roof cargo boxes and roof racks that are sold separately, the Torxe Roof Cargo Box comes complete with cross bars and mounting clamps. The clamps attach to most vehicles’ roof side rails with roofs up to 47” wide and the cargo box mounts to the cross bars with U-bolts and knobs. The cargo box is constructed from impact, chemical, and heat resistant ABS plastic with an attractive textured black finish, and it can support up to 110 lbs. of cargo when that cargo is evenly distributed. It opens to the passenger side of the vehicle and will stay in that position while you’re loading thanks to the sturdy support arms. For security the cargo box lid can be locked; 2 keys and all the hardware needed for installation are included.
