It provides nearly a fit, deploys in a couple seconds and greatly reduces the strain of getting into the back of a truck. When not in use the Tailgate Ladder folds and secures neatly against the tailgate - out of the way of valuable cargo. It is also easily removed using two clip pins. Can be mounted on the left or right side of the tailgate on pretty much any truck with heights 28" to 45".

Looks Great - Doesn't Fit RamBox Equipped Trucks
The product looks fine, so I would love to be able to install it. However, the ad doesn't mention that it won't fit a Ram equipped with the RamBox bed. I didn't learn that until I saw that printed clearly on the box. I'll try to return it and find something that will fit my 2020 Ram 3500 with RamBox.

So Far It Great
I weigh in at 195lbs and the installation was simple I have used my ladder 30 times in two weeks on uneven and level surfaces the stability is great for anything. I can say is use common sense when using the ladder it has saved me on my knees, back and arms price comparison is great to follow directions and in 30 minutes safety is at the tip of your hands.

Tailgate Ladder
Installation was easy on my 2017 Ford Ranger, 30 minutes, looks good and works, but the screws in the ladder looking a bit weak, I'll wait and see how long the screws hold.

As Expected
Works great. I have had a stroke and it is difficult to navigate the bed entry process. With two fuel tanks in there, it can be tough. The ladder makes it so that I can steady myself with the side of the bed as i step up and in. Problem solved.

Works as Advertised.
Only issue was the low grade screws. After stripping out the heads of the first 2 I tried to install I pulled some stainless screws from stock. Other than that it works great.

HI, when stowed, this ladder fits against the inside of the tailgate, and the manufacturer specifically states that this will not work with the Ram Box because of that.
