It is a truly universal design that fits most full-size trucks with or without a tonneau cover. The box mounts to bed side, leaving the entire truck bed floor free to use. The design allows for front, middle or rear placement in the truck bed. Just put it where it is most convenient for you. TonneauMate Toolbox

Exactly what I was looking for. Because I installed the Deuce Hinge Truxedo first, this installed in about 30 minutes. Nice because it hides below the tonneau cover. Sturdy.
