Tuff Country Inc. (Tuff Country EZ-Ride Suspension) products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for life if purchased, installed and maintained on a non-commercial vehicle; otherwise, for a period of twelve (12) months, from the date of purchase and installation on a commercial vehicle, or twelve thousand (12,000) miles (which ever occurs first). Tuff Country does not warranty or make any representations concerning Tuff Country products when not installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for such installation, operation and accordance with good installation and maintenance practices of the automotive industry.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or other warranty of quality, whether express or implied, except the warranty of title. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of the warranty. The remedies set forth in this warranty are exclusive.

Notice to the Consumer:

(1) Keep your original receipt! If failure should occur, your receipt must accompany with unit to receive warranty.

(2) Do not install a body lift in combination of suspension system. If so, warranty will be void.

(3) This warranty excludes all labor charges or other incidental or consequential damages.

(4) This warranty does not apply to the cosmetic finish of Tuff Country products

(5) This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, improperly installed, maintained, used or repaired, or damaged by accident, negligence, misuse or racing (“Racing” is used in Its broadest sense, and for Eexample, without regard to formalities in relation to prizes, competition, etc.)

(6) This warranty is void if the product is removed from the original vehicle and re-installed on that or any other vehicle.

(7) Ball joints, bushings, bump stops, sway bar end links, tie rod ends, shock boots, heim joints are subject to normal wear and are not covered under the lifetime warranty, but instead are covered for a period of 12 months following purchase of the product.

Perfect

Product came in good shipping box. All parts in box!, there were instructions in box which are fairly helpful on top of using YouTube to install it as well. Items are also heavier duty than something I bought for a previous truck, which I am happy about! No complaints. Simple installation with a good product!

Strut Spacers 2014-18

This is my first experience with this kit, the installation is straightforward. I would add to the directions if ball joint wont free up, to use torch on the a arm with care to not torch the ball joint it's self, then give it a few more taps it will come free. Kit did perfectly level the truck!! Customer was able to fit 33's with no plastic rubbing at the front. I would highly recommend this kit to a customer.

This product is priced great and was great quality. Leveled the truck perfectly and provided clearance for 35" tires. Factory and steering was maintained.

Tuff Country Front Level Kit

Have not installed yet but it is not as advertised on the site. It is supposed to be 2" lift to the front end but the product says 1.5" and the spacer is actually only 1" thick. The product also claims that there is little or no change to the ride quality but the directions constantly warn about driving after installation and that you will essentially be in a perpetual state of checking torque specs for eternity.
