Installation
The Honda Ridge Rack 4 is simple, sturdy, and attractive. The Ridge Rack 4 is a single crossbar rack that mounts near the tailgate and works in conjunction with the standard Honda roof rack. This rack is designed to carry ladders, boats, canoes, kayaks, lumber, or other cargo not exceeding 150 lbs. on the crossbar. The extruded aluminum crossbar has a flat oval shape for streamline airflow while carrying medium loads. The crossbar employs a unique truss construction and internal ribs and fir spar to stiffen and strengthen the crossbar. All of Honda RidgeLine truck racks feature a secure and robust clamp rail system engineered to reliably secure the rack itself and your precious cargo rock-solid in place during transport. All of Honda RidgeLine Truck Racks have a unique cleat. It makes tying down cargo to the rack with hooks, straps, and rope a cinch thus preventing it from vibrating or sliding forward and backward or being broken by the wind.
