There’s no better way to add versatility to your truck than with the top-of-the-line Schooner Truck Rack by U.S. Rack! This stake pocket mounted truck rack is not just a lumber rack, ladder rack, kayak rack, or canoe rack. It is also a truck tonneau rack. With zinc-plated steel bases and connectors and oval-shaped aluminum legs, side rails and crossbars, it is super strong, lightweight, and aerodynamic. It holds up to 500 lbs of cargo and mounts into the stake pockets of your truck in less than 10 minutes.
Installation
Whether for work or play, the Schooner Truck Rack is perfect for carrying up to 500 pounds of cargo. It can be used for transporting lumber, ladders, kayaks, canoes, and much more! On top of this, this versatile rack is also a tonneau rack. It is compatible with all roll-up tonneau covers that do not cover the stake pocket holes. Keep in mind that if you have a Bak-Flip or other sectional tonneau cover that folds up, you may need the Extra-Wide Schooner Rack instead of the standard one. The top of the extra-wide rack is also about 6 inches wider than the standard rack. Installing the Schooner Truck Rack will take no more than 10 minutes after the initial assembly. You have to place inserts into truck stake pockets, install bases, and then just mount the rest of the rack.
The Schooner Truck Rack combines a lightweight and aerodynamic design with exceptional reliability. It features strong steel bases and connectors that are zinc-plated for maximum rust protection and extruded aluminum legs, side rails, and crossbars that are oval-shaped to minimize drag and noise. A lightweight and low-drag design means improved gas mileage and better driving experience. The whole rack is powdercoated in a silvery aluminum color, so it looks awesome and is highly resistant to the elements. Threaded hardware is stainless steel for maximum dependability. And since the weight of the rack rests on the bed rails, not in flimsy stake pockets, it is sure to deliver excellent stability. Eight different eyelet mooring points are also provided to take tying down cargo with straps and ropes a cinch!
