    US Speedo's gauge face overlays replace the stock gauge faces on your instrument panel in a half-hour or so. All of the factory information is available, the lighting is unchanged, and all of the idiot lights and indicators light up in the original icons, colors and positions. The part of your car that you look at more than any other is, of course, the instrument panel. So expend some of your bling budget on impressing yourself, not all those boneheads down at the Dairy Queen. Seriously, most custom cars still have the stock instrument panel, even if you've added a few extra gauges. Take a half hour and upgrade your gauge faces to reflect your style, not some brownshoe art director who's designing cars to the least common denominator. US Speedo's Daytona Edition gauges are screen printed on polycarbonate plastic, and will last as long as your OEM gauges, because that's how the factory does it.

    Daytona Edition Gauge Face Kit
    The product looks great installed in my 2009 Mustang. The removal of the cluster was simple. Disassembly of the gauges was simple as well. Once the panel was installed back in the car I can change background colors and the gauge set looks great. Before I installed the white gauge face the original black-faced gauges were hard for me to see during daylight hours, kind of like looking down a dark tube. Now they are easily read and the needles are easier to see as well as the numbers. Highly recommended!!

    Daytona Gauge Panel
    The panel is of very high material quality and very cool font. Nighttime viewing is good especially with my LED bulbs. One big issue. There is a pin hole in the panel on the unused trans temp location that emits a pin sized LED beam of light and is distracting. Result is I'll need to pull my gauges apart and paint over the hole with black nail polish or equivalent. Not happy about that considering the needle replacement is delicate work and alignment is key. I recommend plugging in your cluster one last time to reset the step motors before you install the needles.

    2010 Dodge Charger SE
    This is easily the best mod I've done on my SE so far. Installation was very simple and the gauges look so much sportier, especially without the Km/hr muddling up the gauge face. At night the numerals look black against the red background. Two tips on the installation: 1. The video shows repositioning the needles after removing the gauge cluster, then reinstalling. I found it much easier to leave it plugged in and readjust with it still attached. And don't forget height is as important as needle position. I don't think the video mentioned that. 2. Consider painting the stock needles white. The red needles don't have much contrast against the red gauge face.
