Volant® 727636 - Vortice Throttle Body Spacer

Vortice throttle-body spacers are designed to provide additional performance with your factory or Volant’s Cool Air Intake system. Manufactured from glass-filled Nylon composite, the Vortice spacers are incredibly strong, yet lightweight and install behind your vehicle’s throttle body to promote quicker throttle response and in most applications, a slight improvement in fuel efficiency. Gasoline has to be completely atomized to burn: the theory is that extra turbulence in the incoming air will mix the fuel droplets more thoroughly, fostering more complete combustion. This spacer’s small, angled fins provide this turbulence without restricting intake flow and reducing power or torque, while promoting better combustion efficiency. Installation takes only a few minutes, and all hardware and gaskets or O-rings necessary are included. You’ll feel the benefits immediately.
