The step pad can be used with optional Aluminum Diamond Tread step cover and is installed with supplied rivets
Specially designed ‘hook tabs’ mount the Drop Steps on round nerf bars by creating mounting slots in the bar, as described in the installation instructions
Once installed the step can be easily removed by simply lifting and rotating the step up, releasing the hook tabs
For a more permanent installation, large self-tapping bolts can be used to fix the step to the nerf bar

Universal 3" Silver Diamond Plated Drop Steps for 2" Knight Guard™ Nerf Bars (55007) by Warrior®, 1 Piece. The Knight Guard™ Steps is a U-shaped tubular design with a flat area step pad. A Diamond plate treadbrite plating on all step pads provide a non-skid entry surface. Specially designed ‘hook tabs’ can mount to the Knight Guard™ Nerf Bars, for a complete entry system. This temporary step can be easily removed.

Warranty

Warrior warrants all products manufactured in-house against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of the original purchase. The warranty will not extend to any piece of merchandise, or part therein, that has been improperly installed, abused, or neglected. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or parts at Warrior’s discretion.

Warrior warrants all chrome, clear zinc, gold zinc, and powder coated finishes for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Finish warranty covers peeling, flaking, or cracking from the date of the consumer purchase. Warranty does not cover surface rust or discoloration. To protect the finish, it is required to use a non-abrasive automotive wax (e.g. pure carnauba wax) on a regular basis. The use of cleaner-wax or any other product containing abrasives will cause scratches; this opens the surface to corrosion and voids the “finish” warranty. Check fitment of all products prior to custom painting or any other form of alteration or fabrication (sanding, drilling, painting, chroming, etc.). Warrior will not warranty any products that were modified prior to check fitting those parts on the intended vehicle.
