3-year warranty
XS Power provides a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
12V XS Power AGM (XP Series) Battery
2-year warranty
XS Power provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
14V & 16V XS Power AGM Battery and Accessories
1-year warranty
XS Power provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Limited warranty
a) XS Power provides the warranty from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.
b) XS Power does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or any repairs not carried out by XS Power.
c) There will be no obligations or liability on the part of XS Power for consequential damages arising from the use of the product or any indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenue, or costs for removal, installation, or re-installation.
