    SGW™ Security Gateway Module by Z Automotive®. All 2018+ FCA vehicles are built with an SGW Security Gateway Module that prevents access to the vehicle from the OBD2 port by anything but the dealer diagnostic tools. Simply locate and unplug the SGW module, and plug the SGW Bypass block in its place, and the OBD2 port has full access for use by aftermarket devices such as Z Automotive’s. Tazer or BurnBox, or tuning tools, code readers, and more!

    I got one of these for my 2013 Charger HEMI AWD. It’s a fun little thing that unlocked the SRT performance pages, enabled sport mode (mine wasn’t activated before) and unlocked internal 0-60 and quarter mile timers too. The biggest reason I got it is because it allows me to lock my car in RWD so I can get better gas mileage when it’s cold but I don’t need the AWD yet. Under forty degrees the AWD is locked on and in Michigan, it’s often under forty degrees. Works like a charm. Definitely worth it if you want to lock the car in RWD and AWD too.
