    Hitch Works Great
    My hitch was exactly as promised. It was easy to install and looks good on my Highlander. I received the electrical parts first. I then sent an email to ask when the hitch would arrive. It came the next day. A few days later I received a second hitch, presumably in response to my email to track the first one. I still have the second hitch. Will you send a call tag to retrieve it? [email protected]. One other thing. I also bought locally a Curt 58270 tester. After much frustration and testing to find out why the tail lights were not working I found that the tail light LED on the tester does not function. I confirmed this with someone else's tester. I am not certain which store I bought it at.

    Worked Like a Charm
    My son installed it for me the day before our 13 hour road trip. Worked like a charm. Nice and flush with bumper. The trickiest part while mounting was needing someone or something to support one side while adding the first couple of bolts. Nice piece of gear and for a great price.

    Easy At Home Project
    This was very easy to install and looks nice and clean when done. You can trim less of the plastic trim piece than is recommended in the instructions.

    EXACT FIT!
    The trailer hitch was an EXACT match to my 2017 Cadillac XT5. It is completely hidden behind bumper cover, which I love, because it's not an eyesore when not in use. Don't forget the wire kit! U-Haul will charge upwards of $300+ for the hitch and wire kit installation, so watch the YouTube video and get a buddy to help or find a local mechanic and save some money.
