Warranty

All parts are guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period of one year from the date of the original consumer purchase. This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the product. This limited warranty does not cover loss or theft of product, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper repairs or maintenance, damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, improper installation, or parts installed on vehicles used off-road, for racing purposes, or for commercial purposes.

The company’s obligation under this limited warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part, at no cost to you, or, at the company’s option, repayment of the purchase price. Pioneer neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability. In no event will Pioneer be liable for any punitive, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including claims for labor charges, loss of transportation or use, loss of revenue, or physical injury or property damage. To the extent permitted by law, Pioneer disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This limited warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights, and the original purchaser may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. As some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and other states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations may not apply to the original purchaser.

Got a Refund

The mounts came and were so awful that I talked to a a couple of TRUCKiD reps and they gave me a full refund including freight without even having to return the mounts. I ordered some different mounts through TRUCKiD again and get them tomorrow, so hopefully lol. Great company to deal with!
