BAK® 772441 - BakFlip F1 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover

This cover was a breeze to install, took me about an hour and just average tools you'd probably find in any toolbox. It fits perfectly well and I love how it doesn't take up too much space inside the bed.

Glad that it had 2 sets of directions, but one little problem. Ranger instructions did not have "put on the gasket strip on the front of the bed before the cover gets set on". We had to go back and undo a few pieces we were putting together for the top tonneau cover, put the tape strip on and start again. That being said, I would tell everyone what a great item this is and how happy I am with it. The item was received quickly and in perfect condition, and we were informed every step of the way for its arrival. Quality Piece.

Install was not that hard. Caution the steps on the instructions do matter. Step 9 where you screw in the back flip female snap in portion before you mount to truck bed is important.

Looks good, operating good. Doesn't keep water out. Leaks in several places.

The product looks great, performs great, fits great, and overall is very easy to install. I am very happy with the purchase of this product and how it works even after a couple of weeks. It is very easy to operate and I believe it is really strong and sturdy.

I wanted the BakFlip F1 Tonneau Cover to complete my after-market accessories for my new 2015 Chevy Colorado Z71 (an awesome truck!). I wanted to be able to lock up my tools while on the job site, our luggage while on trips, to be able to use the entire truck-bed without having to remove the cover, etc. and have a cover that was weather tight. The BakFlip does all this and more. Since installing the cover (which only took me 1.5 hours to install, with a little help to lift it in place once the rails were attached), I have had many compliments about how it looks on the truck. People ask me to show them how it works; this happens at gas stations, stores, parking lots, and at the job site. I'm surprised it gets that much attention. It does look very nice and the cover is well designed and manufactured. It's easy to open and close, as well. When I took it to the car wash for the first time, I noticed it leaked, but only a little bit. After adjusting the cover (which BAK suggests you do after its installed), it doesn't leak anymore. I didn't have it tightened down enough to allow the front seal to seal properly, so make sure you check to see if there are any openings after installation, by looking under the cover for light coming through. I recommend this product to anyone who wants a hard truck-bed cover to secure valuables that won't fit in the passenger cab and a cover that can be opened partially or entirely, for hauling any size/type of materials or equipment, without having to remove the entire cover. BTW, BAK says it can be used for tail-gating, because you can sit and stand on it, it's that strong and they're right.

I installed the backflip tonneau on a Ford F150 with a 6 1/2 foot box. The installation went great, in 30 minutes, with a perfect fit. The cover looks great and functions well. Use over time will determine how the cover holds up. This cover can be left installed while using a 5th wheel hitch, just two flips back and it is locked in place. Pricey but high quality materials.

On the truck for two weeks. This product fits the truck perfectly. Surprisingly easy to install. I'm slightly concerned about the rubber seals... They are important for the performance. I hope they hold up, but they seem to be high quality. Not cheap but I don't feel bad about the investment.

I purchased a new 2013 Ford-F-250. This product fits great and the appearance really shows off the truck. The installation took minutes. I would recommend two-people in order to line-up the bed cover. No tools or drilling. Watch the "installation"video and that will save time when you install yours... Great product.
