The BAKFlip FiberMax includes all of the features of a standard aluminum BAKFlip, now with an Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer surface, making the cover dent, scuff and ding resistant, as well as cooler to the touch. Its tough aluminum substructure, robust hinge design, and patented slam latch system make the FiberMax an easy-to-use, dependable cover that is built to last.

    The BakFlip FiberMax Folding Tonneau Cover features the perfect blend of two materials: aluminum and fiberglass reinforced polymer, which makes the product solid, robust, and impact resistant to provide your truck bed with the most efficient protection from snow, rain, debris, etc. Besides, being equipped with the novelty drainage system that makes water move to the side drains and then reach the front hoses to run out of your truck, the cover prevents any moisture from entering the truck bed. This accessory allows you 100% access to your cargo thanks to its folding panels and locking arm pivots that secure the cover.

    Thanks to the slam latch system, the panels of this tonneau cover lock automatically, and all you need to do is to pull on the release cable to unlock the panels. The installation doesn't need any special skills or tools. You should just clamp the rails, drop the cover on them, and attach the drain hoses to have the item set up. In order to keep it in proper condition, you need to wash the cover with soap and water every so often.     Solid
    Installed this on my '17 Ram 2500. I've owned a few covers over the years this one's by far the best. Love the design, looks premium. No rattles, locks down nicely, I appreciate how well it seals I haven't noticed any leaks. The fiberglass top feels durable, definitely better than the aluminum covers I've used before.

    Good Tonneau Cover
    I bought it for my 2018 ram 1500, it works awesome and it was a very easy install, just wish it opened from both ends instead of just opening from the tailgate end

    I bought one for my 2018 ram 1500, it works really well and was a really easy install, just wish it opened from both ends instead of opening from the tailgate end

    Bakflip FiberMax
    When I got ready to do the installation I was kind of intimidated and in my mind I had accepted the headache that the install was going to become. Well, unbelievably the instructions were so well put together and so simple. It took me roughly a half hour to finish. The tonneau cover is so clean looking, I love it. My 2019 Dodge Ram has a big glass on the back side of the cab and only one of the three foam strips to protect the glass from the cover when folded is making contact. The outer pieces of foam are approximately 1" off the glass. It be nice for all 3 foam strips to make contact so the middle doesn't carry all the weight.

    My BakFlip
    To me it is one of the best investments, I have ever made. I love it. I don't have to worry about anything I put in my cargo bed anymore, and can go shopping at several places without stopping at home to unload.

    BakFlip Install
    Overall the BakFlip looked great. There were a couple of dings and scratches when delivered, but luckily they were on the underside, so not showing. Unfortunately, both of the strap buckles were broken during shipping, so the straps don't work. I purchased the toolbox option and installed it per instructions. The bad thing is that the toolbox can't slide past the rail anchors for the cover, so instead of being able to move the length of the bed, It can only stay up by the cab. Overall the installation was easy, and the cover fits well and looks very nice.

    BakFlip FiberMax Foldiing Tonneau Cover
    The BakFlip FiberMax Cover fit great and I love it. Install was easy! Just like they said it would be. My son bought one for his truck and when I saw him use it I bought one for my new F150 2015 truck. Awesome!

    Dry Bed.
    Very please with this product. TRUCKiD made it easy, good price, shipped right to the house in a few days. Easy install, took me about 25 minutes to install (never have installed one before) super easy. Looks great, I don't have to remove panels like in my Avalanche. I would recommend this product.
