    Missing Return Paperwork
Minor issue which was resolved with (2) phone calls and email (2-3 days later). The original delivery did not include any info/forms for returning the core. Part fit perfectly, exact physical match of original part and has been running fine for 2 weeks.

    Install With Confidence
Years ago, with Chevy's and other cars, I installed remanufactured starters and alternators and always felt like I was heading down a dark road with no headlights. And more often than not, I ran into problems with poor performance and even outright premature failure. One time I had to replace a starter that I just purchased from an auto store the very same day because it failed. So it's been a few years since I installed a remanufactured part. With this Denso from TRUCKiD, I felt confident from the moment I took it from the box. It was an exact match for the original Fuji Heavy Industries starter that was in my 05 Outback. Looked and felt well restored to original condition. And, best of all, it went in like it belonged there from day one. It sounds like quality workmanship when I turn the car on. So far, I feel like I saved the installation costs of an auto shop, but did not sacrifice any reliability with the part I used. As a footnote, returning the core at no cost to me, was a big factor for my choosing TRUCKiD and it was easy with the clear return instructions.

    Denso Remanufactured Starter
Opened the box and was surprised at how heavy duty the starter appeared. It was a tighter squeeze to fit in, but after that, it had a good solid sound to it. Am satisfied with it.

    Denso Starter For 1993 240sx
Same plug and play with mounting bolts and wiring as the old starter. A little heavier than the original one. Original equipment so the quality is good. A little more expensive than the other available starters to buy but this is a denso with specs showing 1.4 other than 1.2 from their competitors.

    Perfect Fit
This starter was a perfect fit for my Avalon. My car started taking several turns of the key to finally engage the starter until one morning where the starter went out and the starter wouldn't disengage. That was a little scary. Packaging was good and installation was fairly easy. My car started perfectly after installation. Remove the air filter housing if you have an older Avalon. That will make it possible to do this job. I would rate my mechanic skill at about 6 out of 10 and it took me about 45 minutes from start to finish. Works great and sounds good.
