That engine is teamed with a 12-speed Eaton-Paccar automated. To improve fuel economy and driving performance, the automaker also equipped its new offering with Paccar 40,000-pound tandem rear axles. A Cummins X15 diesel engine is offered as an option. It pushes out 605 HP and 2,050 lb. ft. of twist. Both engines are placed a little bit farther forward relative to the firewall and cab which makes the cab quieter than ever. On the styling side of things, the truck looks unmistakably a W900 with its flat-faced grille, sculpted hood, and many other Kenworth W990 parts and accessories.

Moving inside, the spacious cabin has everything required for comfortable driving. Compared to the W900, the new model offers a wider and bigger cab with an additional eight inches between the seats.
