Joseph Fishman, the founder of the company, started with fabrication of custom dies and later he decided to design and manufacture engine thermostats using the Fishman’s technology and acquired experience. In 1958 Joseph founded MotoRad and since that time this company has been committed to quality and innovation. As a result, it has got numerous awards in different fields. The current MotoRad’s collection encompasses many reliable and functional products made using the CAD design to strict industry standards and thoroughly tested before leaving the factory.
When choosing a new thermostat for your truck, you can select from cooling thermostats, and UltraStat and Fail-Safe series designed by MotoRad to provide significant performance benefits over OE models. For instance, the UltraStat thermostats are made of heavy gauge stainless steel to provide unbeatable strength and ultimate corrosion protection. They feature the unique BLVT valve technology preventing thermal shock and the AccuSpring design enabling precise temperature control and enhanced comfort in the cabin. The Fail-Safe thermostats are intended to keep your engine from overheating even in high-temperature conditions. The company also provides superior fuel caps guaranteed to provide maximum safety and no fuel loss, oil caps available with and without integrated filters and ensuring tight oil reservoir sealing, radiator pressure caps providing stable pressure control for the cooling system as well as diesel exhaust fluid caps made to prevent leaking of specially-designed liquid injected into your exhaust stream to reduce engine emissions.
