Warranty

TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY:
UnderCover, Inc. warrants the FRP structure of your Flex Cover to be structurally free from defects in material and workmanship for (5) five years from the retail date of purchase. The hinges, seals, and hardware are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (5) five years from the retail date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. Your original sales receipt will serve as proof of purchase for this warranty. Before credit can be issued on a warranty claim, proof of defect may be required. This can be determined at the time of the claim.

EXCLUSIONS OF THIS WARRANTY:
Not covered under this warranty is failure due to neglect, improper installation including any modifications to installation hardware, alterations, addition of equipment, abuse, accident, weather related damage, exposure to chemicals that are not labelled “safe for rubber” and normal wear from lack of maintenance.

CAUTION:
Always read the ingredients of any product you are using to clean your Flex Cover. Make sure that you use only products that are safe for use with rubber. Many chemicals contain material that will permanently discolor or damage your Flex Cover hinges and seals. This is not considered a manufacturer defect.

OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Incidental or consequential damage or loss of contents due to use, neglect, lack of maintenance, misuse or abuse of the Flex Cover is the sole responsibility of the truck owner and operator. Paint damage to your truck is not covered under this warranty. When operating your truck always keep the Flex Cover in either the fully closed and latched position, or one of the two approved open positions. The first approved open position would be the first, second, and third panel stacked onto the forth panel and the buckles must be secured together. The second approved open position would be all four panels standing up vertically behind the cab. In this position both prop rods must be attached and the buckles secured. Do not operate the truck at excessive speeds with the Flex Cover in either open position.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT:
In the event that your Flex Cover is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, it is at the discretion of UnderCover, Inc. to repair or replace the defective part. All repairs must be made under the direction of UnderCover Inc. UnderCover Inc. is not responsible for any transportation costs associated with the warranted claim.

MAINTENANCE & CARE:
The FRP panels of your Flex Cover require only periodic cleaning with mild car wash soap. Avoid use of all abrasive type cleaners as they may dull the finish. Some chemicals and fluids such as insect repellents, oils, solvents, and lubricants could potentially damage the rubber hinges and seals and void the warranty.

I do a lot of camping and this cover has been great for keeping stuff safe from the elements. Even in heavy rain the bed stays dry. Easy to fold when I need to haul bigger items and it feels secure when closed.

UnderCover Tonneau Cover

This cover fits great, and looks great. For us, however is a bit heavy and awkward to remove. We sometimes need to remove the Tonneau cover to haul hay or yard material. We are other than that, very happy with the Tonneau cover.

Great for Work & Road Trips

Just picked up my new '25 ram and didn't want the bed looking like a storage bin. I often carry work equipment so need this cover to keep everything tucked away neatly instead of looking like a junkyard back there. Very easy to use, great overall.

Great for Everyday Use

I got this cover for my 2024 Ranger. I love it! Keeps my groceries dry and my work tools secure. I like that I can fold it back when I need to carry bigger items, so it's really versatile. Didn't have any issues during setup.

Am I Missing Parts?

I believe that the bed cover is well made and will be durable for everything that I will use it for. However, there is a piece of trim that continues to shift during everyday driving that I have to push back into place almost daily. I'm not sure but it looks like there is something missing that holds it in place.

Undercover Flex 2018 F150

I researched hours on hard covers. This seemed like the best choice. It was reasonably easy to install. Looks awesome. Functions very well. Light compared to the one I had on previous truck. I would buy it again. Company says it takes 3-5 day to build and ship. It came in a reasonable time. I would recommend having a second person to help with installation. Very Pleased

The Ultra-Flex cover I ordered came in right on time with no hitches. The install was very easy because of explicit picture directions. It is virtually waterproof and easy to fold back. I have been very pleased with it and have had several compliments on the looks of it on my new Ram already.
