Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans can change. While we'll do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, please note that cancellations are time-sensitive and may not always be possible due to how quickly orders are processed and sent to our warehouses or vendors.

Guaranteed Cancellation Window: Within 30 Minutes of Purchase

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
During this window, our system may still allow us to stop the order before it's processed or sent to the warehouse/vendor.

  • To cancel within 30 minutes, please use our Self-Service cancellation option for the fastest response. It is directly synced with our order system, so your request is processed almost immediately. This ensures the highest chance of successful cancellation before the order ships.
  • Alternatively, contact us immediately via phone, chat, or email. While we'll do our best to assist quickly, manual requests take longer to process. If we miss the 30-minute window because the order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In that case, you'll need to either: keep the item, or return it for a full refund once it's delivered (return instructions will be provided).
  • If the cancellation is successful, we will confirm via email and issue a full refund.
After 30 Minutes of Purchase - Cancellation Not Guaranteed

After 30 minutes, your order is likely already being processed or prepared for shipment.
At this stage:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellation, even if the item hasn't shipped yet.
  • We will submit a cancellation request on your behalf, but it depends on the warehouse/vendor's ability to intercept the order in time.
  • If cancellation is not possible, the order will ship as scheduled, and you may either keep the item or return it (if eligible) once delivered. Please note: If you choose to return the item, the original shipping cost and any applicable return fees will be deducted from your refund.
    However, we will provide a return shipping label for you (except for freight orders).
Non-Cancelable Orders

The following items cannot be canceled or modified after the order is placed:

  • Items marked "Non-Cancelable" or "Non-Returnable" (shown on the product page)
  • Wheel & Tire Packages
  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • You may also contact us via call, chat, or email - but keep in mind that time is critical.
  • A cancellation is not finalized until you receive written confirmation from our team.
  • We do not charge any hidden cancellation fees. If we are able to cancel your order before processing, you will receive a full refund. If the order cannot be canceled and ships out, you may return it (if eligible). In that case, the original shipping cost and any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
