iD FastTrack Membership Terms & Conditions

By visiting TRUCKiD's website and purchasing your membership of the iD FastTrack Membership Program (“iD FastTrack Program”) you agree to be bound by the following iD FastTrack Terms (“Terms”). If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, then you should not purchase the iD FastTrack membership. You understand, agree, and acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRUCKiD, and that your membership of the iD FastTrack program shall indicate your conclusive acceptance of this agreement. TRUCKiD may modify these Terms or other policies set forth on the Site from time to time. When we modify these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” line above. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms. Your use of the Site following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such updated Terms.

The iD FastTrack Membership Program is a rewards program offered by TRUCKiD to all of its customers located solely in the United States. Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only, and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of TRUCKiD and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. You must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership. By adding the iD FastTrack Program membership to your shopping cart, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Under the Program, the customer would be eligible to a multitude of programs which are offered in addition to the existing offering of TRUCKiD, including but limited to:

• Exclusive Member-Only Prices. Unlock lower prices on thousands of automotive products. Clearly see your savings in dollars—not percentages—so you always know exactly how much you're saving.
• Free Shipping on Eligible Items. Enjoy free shipping on select products that normally incur delivery fees. Clear labeling of eligible items means no surprises at checkout.
• Instant Application of Benefits. Effortlessly apply membership perks. Simply add your membership and products to your cart — no discount codes, no waiting, just immediate savings.
• Early Access to Exclusive Deal. Enjoy early access to sales, product launches, and limited-time promotions. Get personalized notifications about special discounts and offers relevant to your vehicle and interests.
• Priority Customer Service. Receive enhanced support, ensuring your automotive projects stay on schedule.
• Hassle-Free Returns. FastTrack members benefit from simplified, expedited returns processing.
• Full Year of Premium Benefits. Enjoy 12 months of uninterrupted benefits. Once activated, your membership continuously applies perks every time you're logged in.

The iD FastTrack Program term is a 12-month period, from the date of original purchase of the iD FastTrack Program, ending on the following annual year. At no point in time may the iD FastTrack Program be redeemable for cash value. Additionally, TRUCKiD (a) reserves the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion; (b) may send you email and other communications related to your account with TRUCKiD; In the event that TRUCKiD is required to terminate your Membership as a result of conduct that TRUCKiD determines, in their discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the iD FastTrack Program, or is harmful to our interests or another user, it may be done at TRUCKiD’s discretion, and without notice. TRUCKiD’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of TRUCKiD’s rights.

Members of the iD FastTrack Program are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their iD FastTrack Program benefits. While some iD FastTrack Program benefits or product offerings may require certain purchase thresholds, have quantity or shipping address limitations, or require members to meet specified criteria in order to access them, such requirements are not designed to encourage improper or impermissible business practices. As such, from time to time, TRUCKiD may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove iD FastTrack Program Membership benefits.

Memberships may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred, in whole or part to any other individual upon purchase by the specific member. Memberships are non-refundable once purchased, but the Member can choose not to renew after the 12-month term ends. Members are notified before the membership expires, however the member will unilaterally have the option to renew or permit the program to expire.

TRUCKiD values your privacy. The personal information collected from each member, including purchase history, will only be used and disclosed by TRUCKiD for the purpose of the administration of the Program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by TRUCKiD's Privacy Policy. By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree to be bound by TRUCKiD's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By paying for a Membership in the Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from TRUCKiD. By signing up to join the Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive Program emails. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by sending an email request to [email protected].

TRUCKiD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON TRUCKiD's LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM TRUCKiD, AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, www.truckid.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. www.truckid.com does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. www.truckid.com does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRUCKiD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account.

TRUCKiD's iD FastTrack Membership Program offers certain rewards but does not provide tax advice. Members are solely responsible for determining the taxability of rewards and should have no expectation of TRUCKiD providing tax advice. As tax treatment varies and is governed by tax laws in your particular state, TRUCKiD disclaims any tax liability as it concerns the iD FastTrack Program. If you have any questions, TRUCKiD recommends that all Members consult with a qualified tax advisor for personalized guidance and acknowledges that the ultimate responsibility for tax compliance rests with each member, not TRUCKiD.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Subject to the provisions set forth herein, you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing signed by an authorized representative of TRUCKiD to be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future.

By signing up via text/SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, special offers) from TRUCKiD at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
